Yossi Ben Shalom is the co-founder, together with the Dotan Family, of the DBSI Investments Company in 2001. Yossi is the active chairman of Pointer Telocation (NASDAQ:PNTR), Shagrir, Car2Go, Matzman & Merutz and 8 Note, and is a director at Taldor (TASE: TALD) and Danel (TASE: DANE). He was formerly Vice President of Koor Holdings (NASDAQ:KOR), and served as the CFO of Tadiran Ltd. Mr. Ben Shalom was an active director in numerous boards, such as NICE Systems, Machteshim Agan, Bank Klali, M-systems, and others. He was also an active chairman of Europcar Israel, American Express Israel, and Scopus technologies. Mr. Ben Shalom holds BA in Economics and MA in Business Management from the Tel Aviv University.
Major-General (Res.) Bodinger joined RADA in May 1997, and served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 1998 till June 2016. Between 1998 and 2001 he also served as CEO. General (Res.) Bodinger served as the Commander of the Israeli Air Force from January 1992 through July 1996. During his 35 years of service, he served as a fighter pilot while holding various command positions. General (Res.) Bodinger holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Bar-Ilan University and completed the 100th Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Mr. Sella joined RADA in January 2003 and served as COO since April 2003 till July 2007, then as Chief Business Development Officer till November 2016, and then nominated as CEO of the company.
Between 1982 and 1997 Mr. Sella worked at Elbit Systems Ltd., where his last positions were director of programs, director of avionics engineering and director of business development. Between 1997 and 2000 he served UltraGuide Ltd., a medical devices start-up, as VP of Business Development and VP of R&D. During the three years prior to joining RADA, Mr. Sella was the president of NeuroVision Inc., a medical technology start-up. Mr. Sella has a B.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Computers Engineering from the Technion (The Israeli Institute of Technology). He served as a fighter aircraft navigator in the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Kiperman serves RADA as Chief Technology Officer since July 2007. Mr. Kiperman joined the company in 1984 as project manager of several embedded avionics development programs, and in 2000 was nominated as Director of Engineering. From 1982 until 1984 Mr. Kiperman served as a hardware development team leader at Tadiran, developing digital communication systems. From 1977 till 1982 Mr. Kiperman served as a senior engineer in the Israeli Air Force Weapons Control Branch. Mr. Kiperman holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion (The Israeli Institute of Technology).
Ms. Lazarovich serves as RADA’s Chief Financial Officer since December 2007. Ms. Lazarovich served as controller since September 2004. Prior to that and from January 2000 she served as a manager in the accountant, assurance and business advisory services department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Israel. Ms. Lazarovich holds a dual bachelor's degree in Accounting and in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
